How to Schedule Your Dog’s Stay

Step 1 — Add Your Dog(s) to Your Profile
Inside the Gingr portal:
Account → Manage Profiles→ Add Pet
Enter:
- Name
- Breed (best guess is fine)
- Birthday or approximate age
- Sex & spay/neuter status
- Feeding instructions
- Behavioral notes (important — we actually read these)
- Vaccination records
- Photos
Why this matters:
We use this information to place your dog in the correct training environment.
Step 2 — Upload Vaccination Records
Your request will not be approved until vaccines are attached to the dog profile.
Open the pet profile:
Account→ Upload Records
Upload a photo or PDF from your veterinarian showing:
- Rabies
- Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
- Bordetella
Please upload them here — emailing records does not connect them to your profile.
Step 3 — Wait for Profile Approval
Once pets and vaccines are submitted, our staff reviews your account.
Step 4 — Select your Dog(s)
With your account created and your dog profiles setup, you can now request bookings for services.
Select your dog(s) from the options and select BOOK.
Step 5 — Select Your Catagory
Select the service catagory you are trying to schedule.
For our example we will select Boarding.
If you are scheduling Day School, select Daycare.
If you are trying to schedule training and you have not yet completed an initial evaluation please contact us.
Step 6 — Select Your Service
Select the service you are trying to schedule.
For our example we are going to request scheduling for our Boarding | Enrichment program.
If you are trying to schedule normal dog boarding, you would select Boarding | Enrichment.
If your dog has been evaluated as one needing Boarding | Behavior, you would select this option.
Step 7 — Select Dates
Select the dates, drop off and pick up times.
Continue to NOTES.
Step 8 — Add Notes
Let us know any special considerations for your stay with us, you can use this for specific notes regarding the service in which you are booking.
For medication, general dog notes, the dog profile should be the main source for information.
Step 9 — Submit the Request
Double check your information, notes and dates then submit the request.
Once our team receives your booking request someone will be in contact you with you shortly.
Requests can be approved through the Gingr app or whichever communication works best for you.
