New Gingr Account Transition
We’re excited to announce the new Do Better Training Gingr account which will now serve as the home base for all Do Better Training Services.
We’re moving to a more secure, streamline payment system that you will soon be able to manage right in the Gingr App! While we transition, we will need customers to plan to pay for services at pickup as all Do Better Customers will need to present a new credit card for services.
Logout of the old Gingr Account
If you previously used Gingr to book your applications through the app, you will need to logout of the old 'facility' on the app.
1. Click on the "Three Dots" on the bottom right corner of the app.
2. Click "Logout"
Your account has been pre-setup!
For existing customers to login to the new Do Better Training Gingr account:
1. Go to https://dobettertraining.portal.gingrapp.com/
2. Click the "Reset Password?" link.
3. Enter the mobile phone number or the email address associated with your Loyal Companions account.
4. Click "SEND RESET LINK"
5. Once finished with the customer / animal information, submit the registration for new account.
Sign the Agreement
Once you have logged into your account, the first thing you'll need to do is read over and sign the Do Better Training Agreement. To do this:
1. Navigate to "Account" which should be displayed at the bottom of your login screen.
2. In account settings, click on "Waivers & Agreements".

3. You should see the "Do Better Training Waiver Agreement", click "Sign".
4. Enter your full name and password for the account. If you do not know your password please reset your password. Once you fill in this information you should review and sign the contract.
Double Check your Information
We moved all of the account information over that we could, please double check your account information to ensure it is correct.
1. Go back to your "Account"
2. Select "Manage Profiles".
Ensure your contact information is correct, then double check your pet's information as well by clicking on "edit".
Please make sure to double check the feeding schedules / medication / allergies information about your pet.
*We are currently working on transferring over all of your pet's vaccination records. You do not need to re-enter this information.
